This is irritating. I had this problem with a Palm LifeDrive before it died. Now I’m having the exact same problem with a Palm Tungsten E2, running Palm OS Garnet 5.4.7. The desktop I’m syncing with has Outlook 2003 running on Windows XP.
My Palm syncs fine with Outlook until I accept a meeting invitation in Outlook. As soon as I do that, my synchronization hangs up when I get to the Calendar stage. Then I have to cancel the sync on both the Palm and the laptop. After several minutes, both systems recover. Then I have to delete the meeting initiated by my coworker and manually enter all the information.
This is FRUSTRATING!
